มหาวิบัติสงคราม Z (อังกฤษ: World War Z) เป็นภาพยนตร์แนวบันเทิงคดีพยากรณ์ และสยองขวัญ กำกับโดย มาร์ก ฟอร์สเตอร์ (ผู้กำกับ พยัคฆ์ร้ายทวงแค้นระห่ำโลก) เขียนบทโดย แมททิว ไมเคิล คาร์นาแฮน โดยอิงจากนวนิยายชื่อเดียวกัน ที่เขียนโดย แม็กซ์ บรูกส์ภาพยนตร์เรื่องนี้เข้าฉายในประเทศไทย วันที่ 20 มิถุนายน พ.ศ. 2556
